The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Wednesday, April 29, 2015.

Sedalia Police arrested Patrick Rios after he stole $1,234.65 in cash from a business in the 2900 Block of West Broadway. Rios faces charges of drug violation for possession of marijuana-misdemeanor, burglary in the 2nd, property damage in the 1st and stealing from a building.

A man reported to Sedalia Police that he was assaulted in the area of South Collins and East 24th and the person who assaulted him stole his bike.

A man from La Monte reported to Pettis County Deputies that his identity was compromised. The victim reported that he received a call from a person with a Hispanic accent that claimed to work for the IRS and that they needed his social security number. The man gave his social security number to him.

A manager of the Salvation Army, at 1200 East Broadway, reported to Sedalia Police that food items and cooking equipment were stolen, yesterday (April 28).

A young man reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole his cell phone while participating in a track meet at the Jennie Jaynes Stadium at Smith-Cotton High School, between 4 and 9 p.m. on April 24.

A man in in the area of 19th and South Lamine reported to Sedalia Police that somebody shattered the window to his truck, between 8 p.m. on April 27 and 12:30 yesterday afternoon.

Pettis County Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance that reportedly happened in the area of 32nd and Grand, last night (April 28).

Pettis County Deputies arrested Michelle Lea Lopez on an outstanding Benton County warrant.

Sedalia Police arrested Delfino Pintor Median for driving while intoxicated.

Sedalia Police arrested Michelle Millsap for probable cause for a violation of a protection order out of Henry County.

Sedalia Police arrested Kaleb Kerch for stealing from Walmart.

Sedalia Police arrested Devin Riley for domestic assault in the 2nd and failure to appear.
