The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Wednesday, August 5, 2015.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police her juvenile daughter ran away from home. The juvenile has run away multiple times, according to the report.

Pettis County Deputies made a vehicle stop at Highway 65 and Anderson School Road last night for a vehicle with invalid registration.Pettis County Deputies found Shawn Sims in possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana. Sims was issued a summons to appear in court on possession and a registration violation.

Sedalia Police arrested Shereese Harper for possession of marijuana after Sedalia Police found she had some in her purse, when the vehicle she was in was stopped. Harper's bond is set at $533.50.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Christopher Michael Brown on an outstanding warrant from the Clinton Police Department, bond set at $500 cash only.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Rachell Clark for outstanding warrants in Dallas County, bond set at $250 cash only.

Pettis County Deputies received a report of someone tampering with a KCP&L Utility Truck, yesterday (August 4). Pettis
County Deputies arrested John Woodard Jr. for charges of tampering in the 2nd degree.
