The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Wednesday, July 9, 2014.

Early this morning (July 9), Sedalia Police received a report that a UHaul was stolen from the parking lot in the 300 Block of East 7th. Sedalia Police located the UHaul in the area of Main and Washington, with some items missing from the back. The victim is identifying the missing items from the UHaul.
A woman in the 1300 Block of East 10th, reported to Sedalia Police that copper and electrical wiring were stolen from rental property.

A victim reported to Sedalia Police that somebody stole two bikes in the 700 Block of West 6th.

Yesterday (July 8), a woman in the 300 Block of West 7th reported to Sedalia Police that someone had been in her car and removed her backpack. The backpack was found near the vehicle, but the contents were destroyed from the rain. Another vehicle in the area was also found to be disturbed, but there was no items noticed stolen or damaged.

A man in the 600 Block of West 7th reported to Sedalia Police that somebody broke out his vehicle's window.

An employee of Breaktime, at 2801 West Broadway, reported to Sedalia Police that there was a $20 gas drive off.

Sedalia Police arrested Rachael Campbell for a Pettis County warrant, bond set at $7,500 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Kennth McGee for having a Pettis County warrant for Failure to Appear, bond set at $425.50 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Janeth Gonzalez for Failure to Appear, bond set at $125 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Michael Burgess for a Benton County Failure to Appear charge, bond set at $50 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Christian Crum for domestic assault and property damage.
