Sedalia Police received a report of identity theft, yesterday (March 17). A man reported to Sedalia Police that he has been receiving phone calls from a company asking about his auto insurance policy.

The man stated that the company has his information, but did not know how the information was obtained.

An employee of Orscheln's reported to Sedalia Police that a suspect backed up to the bails of Ozark Pine Shavings Monday morning (March 16) and put them into his vehicle and drove off without paying for them.

A man in the area of East Boonville and Randall Road reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone stole a Chevy Radiator from his home, yesterday (March 17).

A woman reported to Pettis County Deputies that she was assaulted in the area of Yeater and Cloney Road early this morning (March 18).

Pettis County Deputies received a report that a couple is being harassed by a woman posing as a health care worker.

Sedalia Police found an elderly man walking on the curb of Highway 65 and 9th Street yesterday (March 17). Sedalia Police gave him a ride home and is contacting state agencies that may be able to help the man.

Sedalia Police arrested Chealsay Roberts for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50.

Sedalia Police arrested David Alexander for discharging a firearm in the city limits after allegedly shooting paintballs at two homes.

Sedalia Police arrested Julia Evans for assault.
