Counterfeit Bill Passed in Sedalia Business

An employee of Dominos, at 3200 South Limit, reported to Sedalia Police that they received a counterfeit bill on August 31.

Several Thefts Reported

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that she was the victim of identity theft. Someone obtained service through Charter Communications for tv service with the victim’s identity.

A woman in the 500 Block of West 7th reported to Sedalia Police that someone broke in and stole an item, yesterday (Sept. 2).

A woman in the 800 Block of East 15th reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole an item from her truck, between 6 pm on August 30 and 5:45 am on Sept. 2.

Sedalia Police went to Liquor Locker, at 513 West Main, yesterday (Sept. 2) to collect written statements. An employee reported to Sedalia Police one of the security cameras were broke on August 22.

A man in the 200 Block of North Walnut, in Houstonia, reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone damaged his property.

A woman in the 2800 Block of South Washington reported to Pettis County Deputies that there was an incident of tampering in the 1st degree, yesterday (Sept. 2).

Sedalia Police investigated a reported case of harassment in the 2400 Block of Golf Drive, yesterday (Sept. 2).

A credit/debit card was found at Fitter’s.

Four Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Phillip Bowman for sexual misconduct in the 2nd degree for exposing himself to two females.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Christina Simmons after a traffic stop, led to finding her in possession of a controlled substance.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Joseph Damron on a probation and parole warrant out of the Johnson County Probation and Parole Office.

Sedalia Police arrested Dmitriy Ovseychuk for driving while suspended, bond set t $533.50.
