The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Thursday, November 20, 2014.

Sedalia Police Investigate A Sexual Assault

Sedalia Police received a referral from the Lafayette County Children's Division about a sexual assault. A 9-year-old girl was sexually molested by a man known to the victim.

Several Thefts Investigated

A woman reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone stole her vehicle from the 200 Block of Harding, between November 15 and 19.

A woman in the 200 Block of South Moniteau reported to Sedalia Police that someone came into her enclosed porch and stole two bicycles, between 6:30 and 10:30 last night (Nov. 19).

A man reported to Sedalia Police that previous tenants of his stole multiple items from inside a home in the 900 Block of South Osage, yesterday (Nov. 19).

A man in the 600 Block of South Washington reported to Sedalia Police that his landlord went into his apartment, removed his and his roomates belongings and moved new tenants in.

An employee of Casey's, in the 1600 Block of East Broadway, reported to Sedalia Police that there was a $39 gas drive off on Nov. 16.

A child's tent was found in the 500 Block of South Beacon.

Four Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Isidro Matacua for a Pettis County warrant, bond set at $3,500.

Sedalia Police arrested Danny Wideman for a private peace disturbance, bond set at $283.

Sedalia Police arrested Sharon Harrington for a Cooper County warrant, bond set at $10.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Michael Pummill for domestic assault in the 3rd degree charges, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold pending investigation.
