Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff’s Report: Morning of June 12, 2012

Yesterday morning, Sedalia Police saw a suspect stealing from a vehicle in the 900 Block of West 11th. The suspect fled on foot and was located nearby underneath a parked vehicle. Joshua Shull was arrested for trespassing, tampering with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest. The bond was set at $1,344 cash/surety.

A woman in the 900 Block of West 3rd reported to Sedalia Police that her car was damaged while it was parked on the night of June 6. A witness said that he saw a fight where a subject was assaulted by multiple subjects and the subject was slammed on top of the vehicle, damaging the mirror. The witness described the subject who was arrested at the scene for outstanding warrants.

A man in the 800 Block of West 14th reported a Playstation 3 and two X-Box systems were stolen from his home on June 10 between 2:450 and 3:05 p.m.

A woman in the 2700 Block of Southgate Loop reported that several items and electronics were stolen from her residence between May 30 and June 10.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that while she was at the Liberty Park Pool, somebody stole some medications from her pool bag, between 1 and 6 p.m. on June 6.

Westlake’s Hardware reported to Sedalia Police that someone opened a package and tried concealing them. Employees made contact with the suspect and retrieved the items. The suspect fled prior to Sedalia Police’s arrival.

Murphy’s USA reported to Sedalia Police there was a $26.06 gas drive off on Sunday.

Sedalia Police arrested Brandon Hall for a parole violation.

Sedalia Police arrested Cody Schoenherr for driving while suspended.

Sedalia Police arrested Lindsey Wallace for driving while revoked.
