Pettis County Deputies responded to 206 East 32nd Street yesterday morning as there were reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, deputies ascertained that the home had been fired upon by a suspect that was known to one of the home's occupants, identified as 29-year old Reva Stevenson. After firing shots near the home, the suspect took Stevenson at gunpoint and left the area. There were no injuries to the occupants of the home, however Stevenson is considered to be an Endangered Missing Person and an alert has been issued. Stevenson is described as a white female, approximately 5'6'' tall, 100 pounds, with shoulder length brown hair and a thin build. Stevenson was last seen wearing a striped jacket and jeans. The investigation into this case continues. The suspect in this case has been identified and charges have been requested from the Pettis County Prosecutor's Office. The Sheriff's Office was assisted in this investigation by the Sedalia Police Department.

Yesterday, Sedalia Police went to the 1600 Block of East 10th for a report of an assault with weapons. The victim required medical attention. Summer Vanblaricon was arrested for 2nd degree domestic assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Last night, a complaintant came to the Sedalia Police Lobby and reported a possible child abuse case that occurred in the 700 Block of East 17th.

Sedalia Police went to the area of South Lafayette and East 13th in reference to a disturbance. Sedalia Police found a suspect impersonated an officer by performing a traffic stop on the victim's vehicle on Monday evening.

A man in the 1600 Block of Heck Avenue reported to Sedalia Police that someone did $100 in damages to items in his backyard between 4:30 p.m. on June 18 and 4:30 p.m. on June 19.
A woman in the 3500 Block of John J. Housel Drive reported to Sedalia Police that a laptop computer was stolen between 7:30 a.m. on June 18 and 2 a.m. on June 19.

A man in the 1600 Block of South Park reported to Sedalia Police that sometime in the last three weeks a Honda mini trail bike was stolen from his garage.

A woman in the 1300 Block of South Osage reported to Sedalia Police that two license plates were taken off her car.

A man in the 2400 Block of West 1st Street Terrace reported to Sedalia Police that sometime in the last two weeks his vehicle was scratched.
Sedalia Police arrested Shawn Paxton for failing to appear on a Benton County warrant.
