Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff’s Report: Morning of May 24, 2012

Here's your Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's Report for May 24, 2012.

Yesterday afternoon, Sedalia Police went to the 2000 Block of East 6^th to investigate a case of assault.  A woman reported to Sedalia Police that three men kicked down her door and assaulted her and also took her three-week-old child.   According to Police, the child was located, but they were still looking for the suspects in the case.

Sedalia Police went to the 1300 Block  of East 16^th for a child investigation.  A mother reported that her daughter was touched inappropriately by a family member.  The investigation is ongoing.

Pettis County Deputies received a report from the 31000 Block of Millers Chapel Road,  as someone stole a
horse yesterday.

Sedalia Police arrested Joshua Corpier for stealing, bond set at $531.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Hector Reyes for driving while intoxicated.
