Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff’s Reports: Morning of September 3, 2012

Sedalia Police are investigating several cases of graffiti that occurred over the weekend. Sedalia Police received two reports of someone that spray painted words on a garage in the 900 Block of East 10th and another in the 1100 Block of East 10th. Yesterday (September 2), Sedalia Police received a report that two vehicles were spray painted in the 1100 Block of East 11th.

Pettis County Deputies received a report that a home was damaged in the 26000 Block of Goodwill Chapel Road on September 1.

A man in the 300 Block of South Lamine reported to Sedalia Police that somebody stole his vehicles between 8 a.m. August 30 and 9 a.m. September 1.

A man in the 300 Block of East 2nd reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole a Lintex gas powered scooter on September 2 between 10:45 a.m. And 4:30 p.m.

A man in the 1700 Block of South Carr reported to Sedalia Police the theft of a $70 bike between 10:30 p.m. September 1 and 6:30 pm. September 2.

A man in the 1500 Block of South Osage reported to Sedalia Police that someone used his debit card to make $300 in purchases at different locations without his permission.

Pettis County Deputies received a report of a fraudulent transaction.

Pettis County Deputies received a report that there was a burglary that occurred in the 15000 Block of West 32nd Street.

Pettis County Deputies are investigating an assault that occurred in the 1300 Block of East Boonville.

Dollar General at 713 East Broadway reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole a beverage on August 30 and then cameback on August 31 and tried concealing $50 in dvds. Sedalia Police arrested Jeffery Davis for misdemeanor stealing.

Sedalia Police arrested Billy Brown for failure to appear, bond set at $2,500 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Bradley Dougan for driving while revoked, bond set at $531.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Malcolm Briscoe for a warrant, bond set at $10.

Sedalia Police arrested Jerry Lindsey for stealing.
