Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff’s Report: August 4, 2012

A woman in the 1300 Block of East Boonville reported to Sedalia Police that her identity was stolen while she was in prison.

A man reported to Sedalia Police that his debit card was stolen while he was in jail sometime since July 25.

Pettis County Deputies received a report from the 900 Block of McVey Road that someone used a debit card fraudulently.

A man in the 1700 Block of East 7^th reported to Sedalia Police that a transmission was stolen from his front yard between 9 a.m. And 2 p.m. On August 2.

A woman in the 1300 Block of South Kentucky reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole a push mower from her garage between 3:30 p.m. July 30 and 5:30 p.m. August 1.

Pettis County Deputies were dispatched to the 29000 Block of McCormic Road for illegal dumping between July 17 and August 3.

Sedalia Police arrested Jennifer Ries for stealing over $50 in items from Wal-Mart, bond set at $531.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Randall Dotson for driving while suspended.

Sedalia Police arrested Travis Tindall for failure to appear.

Yesterday, (August 3), Pettis County Deputies investigated an injury accident on Highway O, ¾ miles north of Salem Road. 18-year old Garaleigh Noland of Warrensburg was northbound on Highway O when she drove off the right side of the highway, overcorrected and went off the left side of the highway. Noland traveled several feet before the car overturned and skidded back across the highway before coming to a rest on its top. Nolandwas transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center with minor injuries.
