The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's Reports are from the morning of Thursday, April 2, 2013.

Sedalia Police Investigate a Reported Armed Robbery

Last night (Apr. 1), Sedalia Police went to the 1100 Block of South Massachusetts for a report of an armed robbery. The victim reported that three subjects unknown to her had held her at gunpoint and took her cell phone and money, then told her to leave. The victim got in her car and then left the area.

Several Fraud Cases and Thefts Occur In Area

A woman in the 1600 Block of Heck Avenue reported to Sedalia Police that someone forged a check and caused an overdraft in her bank account sometime since Mar. 18.

A woman in the 1500 Block of South Warren reported to Sedalia Police that used her credit card to charge four units of cell phone service that they did not request.

A man in the 200 Block of South Prospect reported to Sedalia Police that someone took a small motorcycle from the front porch of his home between 10 p.m. on Mar. 31 and 9 a.m. on Apr. 1.

A woman in the 1400 Block of West 5th reported to Sedalia Police that someone took a small motorcycle from the front porch of his home between 10 p.m. on Mar. 31 and 9 a.m. on Apr. 1

A man in the 1300 Block of South Warren reported to Sedalia Police that two rings were stolen from his home on Mar. 24.

A man in the 100 Block of East Chestnut reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole an old fiberglass CB antenna from his pickup truck between 5 p.m. on Mar. 29 and 8 a.m. on Mar. 30.

Breaktime at 318 West Broadway reported to Sedalia there were two gas drive offs. One gas drive off was for the amount of $129.42 and the second one was for $48.61.

Several Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Gabriel Terry for a Pettis County warrant, bond set at $15,000 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Ronald Duncan for having a Cass County warrant, bond set at $1,500 cash and driving while suspended, bond set at $533.50 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Elizabeth Bradley for having a Dallas County warrant, bond set at $232 cash only.

Sedalia Police arrested Maurice Harper for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50 cash.
