Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff’s Reports: Morning of August 15, 2012

A man in the 400 Block of South Massachusetts reported to Sedalia Police that a blue Mongoose bike valued at $80, a red and black Roadster biked valued at $60, a purple Huffy bike and yellow gas powered scooter valued at $200 was stolen between August 10 and 14.

A woman in the 1500 Block of South Harrison reported to Sedalia Police that someone broke into the house and stole $250 in cash and a bottle of prescription medicine between 2:31 and 7:29 a.m. on August 14.

Yesterday afternoon (August 14), KCP&L reported to Sedalia Police that a 200 foot roll of 8 pound solid copper wire valued at $135 was stolen while at Little Big Horn.

A man reported to Sedalia Police that a TV and Xbox 360 game console were stolen from the area of West 3rd and South Quincy since May 1.

A woman in the 900 Block of South Osage reported to Sedalia Police that her wallet was stolen from her residence between August 12 and 14.

Victims in the 2200 Block of West 3rd reported to Sedalia Police that a granddaughter stole checks from them and used them in Sedalia and Columbia since July 10.

Yesterday, (August 14), Pettis County Deputies received a report of a theft from the 1300 Block of East Boonville Road.

A woman in the 3200 Block of West 16th reported to Sedalia Police that on Monday (August 13), she observed someone driving a white truck dumping trash into the dumpster illegally.

Breaktime at 318 West Broadway reported a $8.55 gas drive off on August 13 at 2:45 p.m.
