Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff’s Reports: Morning of August 8, 2012

A woman on Randall Road reported to Pettis County Deputies that a blue and white 2006 Yamaha TTR 50 EZ dirt bike had been stolen from their residence.

A man in the 24000 Block of Highway O reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone stole a red 2007 Honda 4-wheeler from his yard in the last 48 hours.

Sedalia Police received a report that a bucket, valued at $1,000, was stolen off the front of a Bobcat that was parked in the area of West 32nd and Cunningham.

Sedalia Police check on a house in the 100 Block of East Morgan for a request from a landlord in Lee’s Summit. Sedalia Police found that some damage was done to the home and several items were stolen, including; a stove, window air conditioner, two sets of a sliding closet doors and a storm door were stolen between August 1 and 6.

A man in the 2500 Block of Stephenson reported that someone charged his account several times using his debit card number and the charges were made out of state.

Sedalia Police went to 16th and South Grand on a report of a child standing in the street. Sedalia Police made contact with the complainant and two kids. Sedalia Police made contact with the parent and the kids were released to her.

Pettis County Deputies received a report from a man on Olive Branch Road that he has been harassed and there is a known suspect in the case.

Sedalia Police arrested Leroy Leffler for having a Pettis County warrant-probation violation, bond set at $1,000 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Angela Teeter for stealing.
