The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's reports are from the morning of Monday, Feb. 4, 2013.

Several Copper Thefts Reported

A man reported to Sedalia Police that a two feet of copper pipe was removed from a gas line in the 400 Block of East Saline. The pipe was removed sometime between Jan. 26 and Feb. 2.

Sedalia Police received a report of copper pipes and a hot water heater was stolen from a home in the 200 Block of South Grand sometime since Jan. 8.

Ammo Discovered In a Lot

Sedalia Police went to the 300 Block of East Johnson after a caller said they found a few unexpended shot gun shells, ten .32 caliber shells and a disabled air-soft gun while cleaning up a lot.

Several Thefts Reported In Area

A man in the 200 Block of East 19th reported to Sedalia Police that several items, valued at over $1,500, were stolen from his shed between Jan. 21 and Feb. 2.

A man from Houstonia reported to Pettis County Deputies that his cell phone was stolen while he was at work on Feb. 1. The value of the phone was placed at $300.

A man called the Pettis County Sheriff's Office to report diesel fuel and a hay bail spike were stolen from the property that he farms with his father on Oxline Road.

A woman in the 700 Block of Wilkerson reported to Sedalia Police that someone broke a window to the house between 7 p.m. Jan 31 and 10 a.m. Feb. 1.

Several Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Frank Van Hook Jr. for having two failure to appear charges, bond set at $1,000 cash/surety and $10 cash. Frank Van Hook Jr. was also charged with being in possession of marijuana in a jail facility, bond was not set at press time.

Sedalia Police arrested Brendon Wilcox for driving while suspended, bond set at $533.50 cash/surety and a failure to appear, bond set at $88.50 cash.

Staff at the Breaktime at 318 West Broadway reported to Sedalia Police that a 12-pack of Miller Light, valued at $10.99, was stolen. Wayne Stevenson was arrested and placed on 24-hour hold.

Sedalia Police arrested Lacy Sutton for stealing from Walmart.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Gerado Madrigul for driving without a Missouri Operators License.
