The following Sedalia Police crime reports are from the morning of Jan. 21, 2013.

Saturday morning (Jan. 19), a man in the 1200 Block of South Kentucky reported to Sedalia Police that he either heard a loud noise or shots fired at 1:46 a.m. Sedalia Police responded and found there was $50 in damages done to the garage.

A man reported to Sedalia Police that a home he owns in the 2400 Block of East 14th was broken into. Several sections of copper wire and water heater fittings were stolen between Jan. 12 and Jan. 19.

A man in the 200 Block of South Massachusetts reported to Sedalia Police that someone broke into his car and stole three hunting knives, valued at $50. These knives were stolen between 10 p.m. on Jan. 17 and 4 a.m. on Jan. 18.

Saturday morning (Jan. 19), Sedalia Police went to the 1400 Block of South Vermont for a report of a theft. A man reported to Sedalia Police that somebody stole a schedule 2 drug on Jan. 18 between 8 :15 a.m. and 4 p.m.

A man in the 500 Block of East 4th reported to Sedalia Police that his vehicle had been entered and several items were stolen between 2 p.m. on Jan. 17 and 1 p.m. on Jan. 18.

A woman from Smithton reported to Sedalia Police that she was assaulted in the 400 Block of North Park around 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 18.
