The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's Reports are from the morning of Thursday, Mar. 7, 2013.

Pettis County Deputies Receive Reports of Theft and Property Damage

Pettis County Deputies were dispatched to the 19000 Block of Whitfield Road in the Dresden area as $1,090 in tools were stolen between 3 p.m.and 9 p.m. on Mar. 5.

Pettis County Deputies received a report from the Sedalia Country Club that there was some property damage discovered on the night of Mar. 6.

Sedalia Police Make Several Arrests

Sedalia Police arrested Sean Maull for having a Johnson County failure to appear for driving while revoked, bond set at $3,000 cash/surety. Maull was also found by Sedalia Police to have improper vehicle registration, driving while revoked and no operator's license, bond was to be determined later.

Sedalia Police arrested Donald Knox for having three failure to appear charges for careless and imprudent driving, no vehicle insurance and having no seat belt. Bond was set at $2,000 for the charges dealing with careless and imprudent driving and no vehicle insurance, bond was set at $10 for having no seat belt.

Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of South Summit and East 17th. Sedalia Police searched the vehicle and found marijuana in the vehicle. Chad Marcum was arrested for being in possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana, bond set at $533.50 cash/surety.
