Here are your Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's Department crime reports for the morning of October 22, 2012.

Sedalia Businesses Report Thefts

Sedalia Police responded to Tractor Supply on Sunday (October 21) for a business alarm. Someone had tampered with a security cable on the machinery located in front of the business.

Sedalia Police responded to Sutherlands at 3808 South Limit after two Swisher 34-ton log splitters, valued at $3,990, were taken from out front of the store between October 15 and 19.

Sedalia Police went to the 300 Block of East Cooper for a report of stealing. Someone had been stealing lumber from the job site between October 8 and 19.

 

Several Thefts Occur in Pettis County

The Pettis County Sheriff's Office received a report from a man that said that two tool boxes, six boxes of hot wheels and a JVC strereo were stolen from his property in the 29000 Block of Carpenter Road between October 13 and 21.

Yesterday (October 21), a woman reported to Sedalia Police that her vehicle was broken into while parked in the 1200 Block of South Moniteau. Several items were taken from the vehicle, including a check book, several lotto tickets and two cell phones.

A woman reported to the Pettis County Sheriff's Office that a wallet was stolen in the 22000 Block of Depot Road on Sunday, October 21.
