Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff’s Reports: Morning of January 1, 2013

The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's reports are from the morning of Tuesday, January 1, 2013

Pettis County Deputies received a report of an assault that occurred on New Year's Eve. The victim said she arrived at Dukes & Boots at 11:40 p.m. To meet with friends and after being there a short while, a suspect came up from behind her, grabbed her hair pulling her head back, and punched her in the face. The Dukes & Boots bouncer broke the fight up and seperated the two involved and the victim immediately left the bar. A warrant is being requested for the suspect on charges of assault in the 3^rd.

Sedalia Police arrested Michelle Clay for driving while suspended, bond set at $531.50 cash/surety and having a Clay County warrant, bond set at $400 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Derrick Clay for having a Cooper County warrant, bond set at $1,000 cash only.

Sedalia Police arrested Ashley Malotte for having a Pettis County warrant, bond set at $1,000 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Belem Castaneda for having a warrant out of Marshall, bond set at $70.50.
