Kansas City, Kan. woman arrested for driving while revoked

At 7:24 Wednesday night, Sedalia police stopped a vehicle at 7th and Lamine for no plates. A subsequent computer check on the driver, 34-year-old Krista Jaskinia of Kansas City, Kan., revealed she was revoked. She was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail pending charges.

Sedalia man served a warrant in jail this morning

Just after 8:00 this morning, Sedalia police served a Sedalia Municipal warrant at the Pettis County Jail to 46-year-old David Graves of Sedalia, who was incarcerated there at the time. Bond on the warrant for stealing is $150.

Sedalia man stopped for speeding is arrested for being suspended

At 7:42 this morning, Sedalia police stopped a vehicle at North Marshall Ave. and Booneville Road for speeding. A check through dispatch revealed the driver, 38-year-old Jaime Solis-Benitez of Sedalia, was suspended. At the time of the police report, Solis-Benitez was in the Pettis County Jail pending formal charges.

Arrow is shot through a shed’s window on East Chestnut

At 7:10 last Saturday night, a victim in the 200 block of East Chestnut reported that someone shot an arrow through a window of a shed on their property sometime on either Friday, July 12 or Saturday, July 13. The value of the window was placed at $100. There were no suspects according to the police report.

Edwards woman suffers minor injuries in a Benton County crash

Just before 2:00 Tuesday afternoon, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a one-vehicle accident on Route “MM” near 65 Highway in Benton County. The accident reportedly occurred as the 2002 GMC Envoy driven by 51-year-old Patricia Deghelder of Edwards failed to negotiate a curve and ran off the roadway several times before striking an embankment. Deghelder suffered minor injuries and decided to seek her own treatment.

Fayette man involved in a rollover accident in Saline County

Around 7:00 this morning, a Fayette man was involved in a one-vehicle rollover accident two tenths of a mile West of Ben Garth Lane in Saline County. The accident happened when a front tire blew out on the 1994 Ford Cement Truck driven by 51-year-old Bernard Fuemmler of Fayette. The Missouri State Highway Patrol report states the truck then ran off the roadway, struck a culvert, overturned, struck a utility pole and came to rest on its right side. Fuemmler received only minor injuries and sought his own treatment. The truck was totaled and was towed from the scene.
