Sexual contact between an adult and a juvenile being investigated

At 8:29 Sunday morning, Sedalia police responded to the 600 block of South Quincy to investigate a report of inappropriate contact between an adult and a juvenile. The police report states the Pettis County Children’s Division and the police department are investigating the case.

 

Burglary reported to Sedalia police Friday night

At 10:22 Friday night Sedalia police took a burglary complaint from a victim in the 1200 block of East 18th. According to the victim, the suspect entered the home through an unlocked side window. There was no information on what may have been taken in the burglary, but there is information on a suspect according to the police report.

 

Suspect forges a check on a deceased man’s account

Around 6:15 Saturday evening Sedalia police took a forgery complaint from a complainant at the Sedalia Police Station. The complainant told officers a suspect had forged a check on her deceased father’s account and cashed it at a gas station. The complainant was able to give the police information on the suspect, but the suspect had not been located at the time of the police report.

 

28-year old Sedalia woman arrested on a parole violation warrant

Saturday morning Sedalia police conducted a warrant check at Housel Park. Arrested at the scene was 28-year-old Kelly Nichole Littlepage of Sedalia. At the time of the police report Littlepage was in the Pettis County pending $25,000 bond on the warrant for a parole violation.

 

City of Sedalia reports a trailer mounted motor stolen

On Friday, an employee of the Sedalia Sewer Department reported a trailer mounted motor that is used to work on storm sewers had been stolen while it was parked in the area of Market and Parkhurst Drive. There  was no information on a possible suspect in the police report.

 

Intoxicated man arrested in Centennial Park Friday

On Friday, Sedalia police arrested 50-year-old William Hall near the covered bridge in Centennial Park. According to the police report, Hall was found with a 24 ounce beer, which he admitted he had been drinking. A check through dispatch revealed he also had an active failure to appear warrant. At the time of the police report Hall was in the Pettis County jail pending an $88.50 cash only bond on the warrant, and $134 bond for drinking in a public park.

 

25-year-old Sedalia man arrested on a parole violation Sunday

At 5:46 Sunday evening, Sedalia police arrested 25-year-old Brandon Ulmer of Sedalia in the 800 block of east 13th on a parole violation warrant. The police report states Ulmer is in the Pettis County Jail without bond.

 

Baggie of drugs found at the WalMart store Saturday

On Saturday the Sedalia police responded to the Wal-Mart store on a report of found property.  According to the police, safety personnel found a baggie containing a white powder that proved to be methamphetamine. The owner is not yet known, but could recover the property if they would just come to the police station and identify the baggie.
