Sedalia man arrested on multiple warrants Tuesday afternoon

Just before 3:00 on Tuesday afternoon, Sedalia police went to a residence in the 700 block of East 17th to conduct a warrant check. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect, 41-year-old Louis Tuck, who was found to have three Pettis County warrants including a warrant for a probation violation and a Sedalia Municipal Warrant for failure to appear. At the time of the police report, Tuck was being held in the Pettis County Jail on the probation violation warrant plus a total of $4588.50 in bonds.

Suspect arrested at Woods Supermarket on a municipal warrant

At 3:30 Tuesday afternoon, Sedalia Police observed a suspect known to have a warrant at Wood’s Supermarket. Following confirmation of the warrant, 29-year-old David Peak of Sedalia was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail pending a cash only bond of $100.

Woman reports that the wallet she dropped was taken by a male suspect

A Sedalia woman reported the theft of her wallet to Sedalia police Tuesday morning. According to the victim, she discovered she had dropped her wallet in a parking lot in the 100 block of East 16th around 8:30 that morning, and a male suspect reportedly picked up the wallet and left the area with it. The wallet contained identification cards, debit cards, and $80 in cash according to the victim. There was no information on the suspect.
