Female victim reports being held against her will

At 9:15 this morning, a victim came to the Sedalia Police Station to report that she had been held in her residence against her will. There was no further information in the police report on the case.

Thieves damage a vehicle during the theft of a Netbook and cash from the vehicle

Around 5:30 Wednesday morning, a female victim in the 1000 block of East 17th reported the front passenger side window of her vehicle was broken out by what she believes was a projectile from an air gun. The victim stated the thieves stole a new Netbook with a value of between $250 and $300. The thieves also took with $177 in cash. There were no suspects at the time of the police report.

Dash of a vehicle is heavily damaged during a stereo theft

At 4:45 Wednesday afternoon, Sedalia police investigated the theft of an in-dash stereo valued at $200. According to the female victim, the theft took place sometime over the past three days while her vehicle was parked in the 400 block of South Park. The victim also reported heavy damage to the dash board of the vehicle. There was no information on possible suspects in the police report.
