Sedalia police arrest a Sedalia man on failure to appear warrants Tuesday

At 5:15 Tuesday evening, Sedalia police conducted a warrant check at a residence in the 1300 block of East Broadway. Upon confirmation of two Pettis County warrants, officers arrested 26-year-old Paul Smith of the residence and transported him to the Pettis County Jail. At the time of the police report, Smith was being held pending a $2500 cash or surety bond on one of the warrants and $7000 cash only on the other warrant.

27-year-old female suspect arrested on warrants Wednesday night

Around 8:00 Wednesday night, Sedalia police arrested 27-year-old Jennifer Hammond of Sedalia on two Pettis County failure to appear warrants. She was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail pending a total bond of $583 cash only.

Warrant check late Wednesday night nets a 21-year-old Suspect

Just before midnight on Wednesday night, Sedalia police conducted a warrant check in the 1100 block of East 11th. Upon contact with the suspect and confirmation of the warrant through dispatch, officers arrested 21-year-old Cassie Collins and transported her to the Pettis County jail pending a cash only bond of $88.50.

Otterville woman arrested for failure to appear on a seat belt violation

At 5:00 Wednesday evening, Sedalia police arrested 26-year-old Elizabeth Davis of Otterville for failure to appear on a seat belt violation. Bond was set at $10.

Woman says a suspect who is harassing her damaged her car

Around 1:30 Wednesday afternoon, a female complainant reported her vehicle had been damaged by someone who has been seen lurking around her car on several occasions. The vehicle reportedly had been keyed and all four tires were punctured while it was parked in front of her residence in the 500 block of West 7th. There was no information on the suspect in the police report.
