SPD crime reports 4-20-17

Sedalia Police arrested Eric Abraham Lilly, 34, Sedalia, for Driving While Suspended after a traffic stop on a white Chevy SUV at 15th and Engineer at 7:27 p.m. Wednesday. Lilly was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released. He now has a June 7 court date.


 

Cody F.A. Lappat, 36, Sedalia, was arrested for Driving While Revoked after a traffic stop for no front plate at 9th and Moniteau at 12:32 a.m. April 16. Lappat was transported to the Pettis County Jail with a court date of June 7.


 

Joshua Nolley Delecruz, 30, Sedalia, was arrested for driving While Suspended, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Methamphetamine at 16th and Ohio at 7:15 a.m. Thursday. Delecruz was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold. His court date is TBA.


 

LeMaire's, 3500 W. Broadway, reported the theft of $3,000 from the business on Wednesday. According to the report, a known subject took a money bag home with them from the restaurant.


 

Steven D. Gerken, 39, Pilot Grove, was arrested for DWI and C & I Driving after an officer observed Gerken, driving a blue Ford F-150, almost hit another car while changing lanes near Broadway and Griffith at 11:36 a.m. on April 16. A subsequent field sobriety test was conducted, and as a result, Gerken was taken into custody and transported to the Pettis County Jail. He also consented to a blood alcohol test.


 

David A. Spradley, 51, Smithton, was arrested at 14th and Grand at 11:08 a.m. Wednesday after a traffic stop for failure to signal while driving a maroon Chevy truck. A computer check revealed Spradley was wanted on two Jackson County warrants. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $1,000 bond, cash or surety. His court date is TBA.


 

 

Caleb Andrew Rotramel, 38, Sedalia, was arrested after a traffic stop on a maroon Olds that was speeding near 16th and Warren. He also had an expired temp tag, the report said. Rotramel was wanted on two Johnson County warrants for traffic offenses. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $750 bond.


 

Treston Dontrell Clay, Sedalia, was arrested after Sedalia Police responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of N. Quincy at 1:03 p.m. Wednesday. Clay was wanted on Wentzville and Sedalia Municipal warrants (traffic violations), totaling $233.50. he now has a May 10 court date.
