SPD crime reports 4-26-17

Sedalia Police arrested Leslie Rae Baier, 31, Sedalia, on a Municipal warrant in the 500 block of W. 7th at 9:42 p.m. Tuesday. Baier was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $1,000 cash bond and a May 3 court date.


 

Anastasia Irene Mann, 19, Ionia, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for stealing after Sedalia Police responded to a noise complaint at 4th and Engineer at 10:13 p.m. Monday. Mann's bond was $150. A court date of May 17 was set.


 

Steven Jay Kimbrell, 46, Sedalia, was arrested for Driving While Suspended after a traffic stop on a gray Chevy truck at 10th and Olson Road at 12:11 a.m. Wednesday. Kimbrell was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released with a June 7 court date.


 

David D. Costanzo, 22, Sedalia, was arrested at Broadway and Warren at 9:35 p.m. Tuesday on a Pettie County warrant after police conducted a traffic stop on a blue Dodge Caravan for expired plates. Costanzo was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $150 bond and a May 9 court date.


 

Valarie Nicole Peterman, 33, Sedalia, was arrested at 3:28 a.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of E. 7th on a Failure to Appear misdemeanor. Peterman was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $1,000 bond.


 

Krystal D. Hill reported that someone stole a package from her mailbox sometime between 11 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday on the 2000 block of E. 9th. The package was valued at $40.


 

Break Time, 318 W. Broadway, reported a gas drive-off on Monday afternoon involving a white male in his 20s driving a dark Honda sedan. Store security footage provided to Sedalia Police also show the same suspect driving off without paying for $38.03 in another incident.


 

On Tuesday, Glenn A. Tanner reported that someone shot paintballs at his house around 8 a.m. in the 1200 block of E. 11th.


 

A red-and black boys Mongoose bike was found and turned into police in the 1800 block of S. Stewart on Tuesday morning.
