Sedalia Police arrested John Cody Germann, 23, California, Mo., at 1:54 a.m. Friday at Broadway and Madison for Driving While Suspended after a traffic stop for speeding. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released with a court date of Sept. 19.

Ronnie D. Gresham, Jr., 46, Sedalia, was arrested at Broadway and Sunset at 3:39 a.m. Friday after a traffic stop for improper signal. He was later found to be revoked out of Tennessee. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

Daylin Ray Reed, 19, Sedalis, was arrested for Failure to Appear (on an original charge of possession of marijuana) after Sedalia Police responded to a report of an alleged assault that occurred in the 1300 block of E. 4th. Reed was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $150 bond.

Police took a theft report of an aluminum extension ladder that was stolen from the 2200 block of W. First Street on Friday. The ladder was valued at $100.

And Pettis County deputies arrested Darryl E. Franklin, Kansas City, for Driving While Suspended on Saturday just after midnight early Saturday morning in Smithton. Franklin was later released with a court date.
