Sedalia Police arrested Ryan Rodolpho Armenta, 26, of Sedalia, for Driving While Revoked, after a traffic stop on a white Chevy truck for expired plates at 12:16 a.m. today. Armenta was transported to the Pettis County Jail and issued a $533.50 bond, cash or surety with a court date of Feb. 8.

Two People were arrested just after 12:30 Wednesday morning after Sedalia Police responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of E. 4th Street. Brothers Ronald Watson, 27, of Sedalia, and Christopher A. Watson, 30, of Boonville were arguing, according to the report. The brothers left before police arrived, but one was later located in his vehicle and the other located on foot. Christopher was held for 12 hours due to his high level of intoxication, while his brother Ronald was charged with Driving While Revoked.

The Missouri Valley Community Action Agency, 505 S. Kentucky, reported on Wednesday morning that someone spray painted the front glass doors of the business. There are no suspects.

Early Wednesday morning, police took a theft report in the 300 block of Scott Joplin Court. Between 1:30 and 2 a.m., someone entered the apartment and stole a Hamilton Beach coffee maker, still in the box, valued at $40. The report said that there appeared to be no signs of forced entry, but there is one possible suspect.

On Wednesday night, Sedalia Police arrested Shawn Bradley Bosworth, 34, near 10th and Ohio after a traffic stop on a silver Mazda. Bosworth was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released. Bosworth now has a court date of Jan. 18.

Advantage Metals, 300 N. Iron, reported a trespassing on their property on Christmas morning. And on Wednesday, Sedalia Police placed into evidence found property believed to belong to the trespasser, including a brown coat, a green bag and 2 large wrenches. There are no suspects in the case.
