SPD crime reports 2-20-17

Sedalia Police arrested Kimberly L. German, 44, Sedalia, and Lori A. Seiber, 48, of Merriam, Kansas, after officers responded to a disturbance in the 400 block of Buckner Court at 2 pm Friday. Both were issued peace disturbance summonses, and German was charged with denting Seiber's vehicle in the incident. Both were transported to the Pettis County Jail.


 

Cody Lee Morrison, 38, Halfway, Mo., was arrested for Driving While Suspended after a traffic stop in the 3900 block of S. Limit for no front plate on Saturday morning. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail.


 

Sheleta M. Hernton, 36, Sedalia, was arrested for DWI after Sedalia Police responded to the 300 block of W. 5th after she allegedly struck a parked vehicle on Feb. 14. The driver was found to be intoxicated and drugged. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail and later released without bond.


 

Brandi Lynn Rockett, 38, Sedalia, was arrested for DWI at 11th and Lamine at 210 a.m. Saturday after she allegedly struck a vehicle at 11th and Park. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $533.50 bond, cash or surety, and a court date of March 1.


 

Alando Harker, 38, Sedalia, was arrested on a Saline County warrant on Friday afternoon and transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $612 bond.


 

Victor E. Gonzalez Castro, 24, was issued a Municipal summons for loud noise after Sedalia Police investigated a noise complaint in the 300 block of W. 4th at 4:06 a.m. Saturday. According to the report, the subject had already been contacted about the noise earlier in the evening. Castro refused to sign the summons and was then transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $533.50 bond with a March 29 court date.


 

Police took a report of a theft from a residence involving $230 of games and a gaming system from the 1200 block of W. Spring on Friday night.
