SPD crime reports 3-7-17

On Monday afternoon, Sedalia Police arrested Steven G. Newman, 32 at Pathways, 1700 W. Main on a parole violation. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail with no bond.


 

On Sunday afternoon, officers arrested Brittany N. Keith, 26, Sedalia, at the American Inn, 1217 S. Limit, on a Pettis County warrant. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $5,000 bond, cash or surety.


 

Police arrested Jimmy Dean Gracia, 29, Sedalia, after a traffic stop on Sunday night at Broadway & Brown on a warrant and also for having no valid driver's license. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail with a court date of April 26. His passenger was taken to BRHC on a medical issue.

Jeffrey Robert Stoney, 35, Sedalia, was arrested for 3rd degree Domestic Assault after Sedalia Police responded to a married couple arguing that ended in a physical disturbance on Saturday. The victim refused medical treatment, according to the report. Stoney was taken to the Pettis County Jail for a 24-hour hold.


 

Destiny L. Galbreath, 26, KCMO, was arrested for Driving While Suspended Friday night after a traffic stop in the 3800 block of E. Broadway (near Cork n' Bottle). She was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released. She has a court date of April 19.


 

Roger L. Miller reported the theft of his gray, 2003 Keystone Springdale 268H Travel Trailer, valued at $14,239, from Diamond B's Mini Storage, 900 Normandy Road, on Monday afternoon. The theft occurred sometime within the last 3 months. There are no suspects.


 

Villiam Anatoliy, 19, Hughesville, was arrested on a Municipal warrant at Jiffy Stop, 1722 W. Broadway, on Sunday. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $93.50 bond, and a court date of April 5.


 

Larry A. Holbert, 48, Sedalia, was issued a summons for Animals Running at Large on Saturday in the 2000 block of E. 7th Street. He has court date of April 5.


 

David Curtis reported the theft of his rear license plate while his car was parked at Woods West, 1400 S. Limit, on Saturday between noon and 2 p.m. There are no suspects.
