SPD crime reports 3-21-17
Sedalia Police responded to a disturbance at 201 E. 2nd Monday night just before midnight. According to the report, 8 subjects came to the apartment, pounded on the door and yelled for the occupants to “come outside and fight.” 15 minutes later the occupant, Adrianna R. Martin, came outside and noticed the rear window on her 2016 Hyundai was broken out, causing $450 of damage.


QC Supply reported the theft of an employee's tools from a company vehicle while parked on the lot Monday. A driver's side rear window was shattered.


 

John Edward Franken, 37, Sedalia, was arrested on a Pettis County warrant after a traffic stop on a maroon Chrysler at 18th and Kentucky at 5:20 a.m. Monday. Franken was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $235 bond.


 

Tabitha Marie Fuller, 34, Sedalia, was arrested for Driving While Suspended after Sedalia Police checked on a Mercury Sable parked on the wrong side of the road at noon Monday on North Grand. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold, pending the filing of state charges.


 

On Monday, Sedalia Police arrested Kelly R. Powen, 52, Sedalia, for Driving While Suspended after a traffic stop for a defective brake light at 7th and Kentucky. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released.


 

Gary D. Pummill of Sedalia reported the theft of his wallet from an unlocked vehicle while parked on 11th near State Fair Blvd., on Monday morning. There are no suspects in the case.


 

Jennifer Banning reported the theft of her wallet from an unlocked 2014 Ford Focus Monday afternoon. The wallet contained ID and credit cards. There are no suspects.


 

Also on Monday, Kyle B. Cowherd reported the theft of $55 of medication from his unlocked car parked near 4th and Engineer.
