SPD reports March 3, 2017

 

A Marshall man was arrested after a two vehicle accident that occurred at Broadway and Limit at 6:20 Thursday evening. William B. Case, 46, Marshall, was found to be driving while suspended by Sedalia Police. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.  He was issued a Municipal summons for an April 4 court date.


 

 

A Climax Springs woman was arrested after a traffic stop on a GMC Sonoma at 1:01 a.m. Friday at 808 E. Broadway. Tara M. Hitch, 32, Climax Springs, was charged with Driving While Suspended, No proof of Insurance and was wanted on a warrant out of Concordia. Her bond was set at $350, cash or surety.


 

 

Sedalia Police stopped and arrested a driver accused of DWI on Thursday night. Officers responded to the area of 3rd and Limit on a traffic complaint involving a driver that was “all over the road” and later struck a vehicle near the intersection. Joe Fernandez, Jr., 47, Sedalia, did poorly on a field sobriety test, and was then arrested and taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center to give a blood sample. He was later transferred to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.
