Sedalia Police Reports 11-11-16

Sedalia Police arrested Alvin O. Brown, Jr., 54, Sedalia, for Failure to Appear after an officer observed him walking in the middle of the roadway Friday at 3:23 a.m. A computer check revealed a Municipal warrant. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $50 bond and a court date of Dec. 14.

Police took a theft report at 503 W. Main (Performance Automotive) on Thursday. Missing was a red, 20-foot flatbed trailer, taken sometime within the last two weeks.

Police took a vandalism report in the 1300 block of S. Ohio Thursday morning. Someone threw a brick through the driver's side window and slashed one of the vehicle's tires.

A woman reported the theft of several items from her car in the 700 block of E. 9th at 4:28 a.m. Friday. There are no suspects.

Casey's General Store, 3050 S. Limit, reported a $16.32 gas drive-off on Thursday morning just before 10 a.m.

Police found an abandoned bicycle in a ditch at Centennial Park at 12:01 a.m. Friday. The bike was taken to the department's bike shed.
