Sedalia Police and Division of Family Services Investigate Child Abuse Report

Sedalia Police responded to the 1200 Block of South New York yesterday (May 15), to assist Division of Family Services, with a child abuse investigation.

Sedalia Police Investigate Two Thefts

A man in the 1100 Block of East 5th reported to Sedalia Police that somebody stole his gun.

An employee of Main Street Car Wash reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole a steel drain grate yesterday (May 15).

Several Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Amber Crain for failure to appear-misdemeanor, bond set at $2,500.

Sedalia Police arrested Keith Staten for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50 and two failure to appear charges from Johnson County, bond set at $250 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Tonya Sohl and William Rickey for two charges of stealing from Walmart.

Sedalia Police arrested Junstin Lange for domestic assault in the 3rd degree.

Sedalia Police arrested Dominic Hardin for animal abuse.
