The following Sedalia Police crime reports are from the morning of Friday, October 17, 2014.

Several Thefts Reported

Sedalia Police received a report yesterday (Oct. 16), that someone stole a bicycle, two laptops and a duffle bag and a large sum of cash from a home in the 1000 Block of West 6th.

A man in the 400 Block of East 6th reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole his silver Samsung Montage QWERTY Slider.

A man reported to Sedalia Police that he found out several people were using his social security number.

A man in the 600 Block of West 4th reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole a license plate on October 15 or 16.

An employee of National TV Sales & Rental reported to Sedalia Police that two people rented property and failed to pay as stated in the rental agreements.

Hit & Run Accident Reported

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that she was the victim of a hit and run accident yesterday afternoon (Oct. 16).  She was eastbound on Broadway stopped in traffic, when she was struck in the rear by another vehicle, which fled southbound on Montgomery Avenue.

Five Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Carrie Galloway for failure to appear-misdemeanor, nine charges of drug violation synthetic narcotics and one charge for schedule II narcotic to be kept in original container, total bond set at $2,500 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Adrain Clark for three Marshall warrants, bond set at $235 cash only.

Sedalia Police arrested Stepheni Blake for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Nathaniel Chavies for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, warrants out of Pettis, Saline and Lafayette Counties and had a probation violation.

Sedalia Police arrested Norma Burton for trespassing at Bothwell Regional Health Center and failure to obey.
