Sedalia Police Crime Reports: Morning of Monday, August 31, 2015

The following Sedalia Police crime reports are from the morning of Monday, August 31, 2015.

Sedalia Police received a report of a sexual assault in the area of North Moniteau and West Morgan on Friday (August 28).

A small child was found walking outside without supervision at Central Bank, at 301 West Broadway, on Friday (Aug. 28). The child was returned to a parent. The child abuse and neglect hotline was contacted and the information was relayed to them.

A woman at West 15th and South Vermont reported to Sedalia Police, someone stole $3,000 in jewelry from the home on Friday (Aug. 28).

A woman at West 10th and South Stewart reported to Sedalia Police, someone stole four prescription pills from her bedroom on Friday (Aug. 28).

Sedalia Police arrested Alex Neighbors for a Texas County warrant for assault on a corrections officer, bond set at $350,000 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Jackie Hensley Sr. for four charges of burglary in the 2nd degree, stealing from a building, property damage in the 1st degree and trespassing in the 1st degree after burglarizing four units at the Main Street Self Storage, causing $1,050 in damages and stealing $515 in items. Sedalia Police also found Hensely Sr. had a Moniteau County warrant, bond set at $20,000 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested James Wade for possession of drug paraphernalia, stealing $36.97 worth of merchandise and found to have a Chariton County warrant, bond set at $10,000 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Joseph Meyer for failure to appear-misdemeanor, bond set at $1,010 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Jesse Smith for urinating in public and he was placed into protective custody because he was intoxicated, bond set at $533.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Dale James the Third for failure to appear-misdemeanor, bond set at $250 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Brittany Hoffman for failure to appear, bond set at $10.

Sedalia Police arrested Nicholas Moore for a parole violation, possession of meth, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Sedalia Police arrested Bobby Moore for domestic assault in the 3rd.

Sedalia Police arrested Cassiopa Demars and Colton Warner for driving while suspended.

Sedalia Police arrested Freddie Thomas for shoplifting from Breaktime at 318 West Broadway.

Sedalia Police arrested Alicia Howell for possession of drug paraphernalia.
