Sedalia Police Investigate Several Thefts

A woman from Hughesville reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole $783 in cash, two debit cards, an mp3 player and a Garmin GPS from a car in the 800 Block of Westwood Avenue yesterday (Oct. 16).

A woman in the 800 Block of East 13th reported to Sedalia Police that her brother's 50 CC gas powered chopper mini-bike valued at $500 was stolen from her shed.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole an iPad Macbook, valued at $350, from her car while it was parked at State Fair Community College.

Employees of the Bridges of Missouri at 1414 South Vermont reported to Sedalia Police that someone trespassed on Oct. 16.

Sedalia Police Make Several Arrests

Sedalia Police arrested Charnita Ward-Cooper for a probation violation, bond set at $25,000.

Sedalia Police arrested Derek Garrigus for a Boone County warrant for child neglect, bond set at $1,000 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Dylan Seevers for a Sedalia Municipal failure to appear warrant, bond set at $200 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Raymond Bailey for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Gary Evans for driving while suspended and no vehicle registration.

Sedalia Police arrested Nichole Heisterberg for driving while revoked.
