The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's Crime reports are from the morning of Wednesday, August 13, 2014.

Two Thefts and Property Damage Reported to Sedalia Police

An employee of Missouri Pressed Metals reported to Sedalia Police that various types of steel and metals, valued at $2,000, was stolen.

A woman in the 1500 Block of West 4th reported to Sedalia Police that a Kodak camera and Verizon LG Cosmo cell phone, valued at $236, was stolen from her car on August 8 or 9.

A man in the 2500 Block of Stacey Lane reported to Sedalia Police that his vehicle was egged yesterday morning (August 12).

Two Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested David Brown for failure to appear out of Sedalia and Pettis County, bond set at $25,300 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Nathan Smith for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50 cash.

One Bike Found

A women's Huffy Cruiser type bike was found in the driveway of a home in the 1700 Block of East 12th. The bike was taken to the Sedalia Police bike shed.
