Just after 10:00 Monday morning (August 29), Sedalia Police officers were dispatched to Wal-Mart, at 3201 West Broadway, for a male subject who had two warrants. Upon contact with the man, officers ran his information through dispatch and the warrant were confirmed. One warrant was from Pettis County for obstructing justice. The other warrant was from Jefferson City for a parole violation. 25-year old Bobby Ray Johnson was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail.

 

Around 9:00 Monday morning (August 29), officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East 16th Street for a disturbance. When officers arrived, the suspect had already left the scene. Officers caught up with the man on the Katy Trail. He had two failure-to-appear warrants from Pettis County and one warrant from the City of Sedalia for failure-to-appear. 26-year old Joey Douglas Hays was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail.
