Around 4:20 Tuesday afternoon (August 23), Sedalia Police officers conducted a warrant check in the 1200 block of South Harrison Avenue. Officer made contact with the female subject, and arrested 50-year old Pamela Renee Cornett for the active warrant. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail with a $25,000.00 bond, cash or surety. There were no further details listed in that report.

 

Around 7:30 Tuesday evening (August 23), officers conducted a traffic stop near West Morgan Street and North Osage Avenue. The driver had a revoked license and an active warrant out of Lafayette County. Arrested at the scene was 52-year old Stacy D. Edwards. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $343.50 cash bond. She was eventually booked and released.

 

On Tuesday (August 23), officers took a report of property damage in the 1800 block of South Beacon Avenue. The victim stated several subjects entered the house, and damaged walls, cut wires, and took appliances. There were no further details listed in that report.

 

Around 8:00 Monday morning (August 22), officers took a report of forgery and stealing. The victim stated that someone had taken money from his bank account, totaling $1,930.00, using stolen checks from Missouri and Kansas. No further details were listed in that report.
