Around 7:15 Wednesday evening (Nov 30), Sedalia Police officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of West 10th Street and South Missouri Avenue, for a vehicle with defective license plate lights. Officers made contact with the driver, who stated he had a suspended license. The driver's information was confirmed and through dispatch. 23-year old James Marlon Curd was arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold in the Pettis County Jail, pending state charges of driving while suspended.

 

Around 11:30 Wednesday night (Nov 30), officers responded to the 2700 block of Wild Rose Lane for a report of trespassing. 23-year old Jesse R. Roberts was arrested for 1st Degree Trespassing, He was placed on a 24-hour hold in the Pettis County Jail.

 

Around 5:30 Thursday evening (Dec 1), Sedalia Police officers responded to the 300 block of South Lamine Avenue, for a report of assault. The victim claimed the suspect was in her vehicle, when he threatened to harm her. Charges are being sought. But no names were released and no further details were listed in that report.
