Around 6:30 in the evening on Tuesday (April 26th), Sedalia Police officers were called to Kohl's department store, at 4300 Wisconsin Drive, when asset protection personal recognized a woman from a previous stealing incident a couple days, beforehand. Officers arrived and made contact with 31-year old Brianna Nicole Johnson. It was determined that she was the same woman from the previous incident. Johnson was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail, where she was placed on a 24-hour hold, for stealing.

 

Just after 6:00 in the evening on Tuesday (April 26th), officers took a report of property damage in the 1400 block of South Prospect Avenue. The victim stated that someone had damaged her vehicle. A witness had observed a male suspect carrying weapons and walking away, the night before. Contact was made with the man, who denied shooting the vehicle. The witness positively identified him, however. 31-year old John R. Hick the 3rd, was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail, for 1st degree property damage. A search warrant was obtained for his residence and officers seized CO2 cartridges, BBs, and 22 ammo.
