43-year-old Sedalia man arrested for possession Tuesday

Just after 1:30 Tuesday morning Sedalia Police observed a vehicle driving in the middle of the roadway. Following a traffic stop officers received consent to search the person of the occupant. The police report states a controlled substance was found in the possession of 43-year-old Westley Earnest Kabler of Sedalia. At the time of the police report Kabler was on 24-hour hold at the Pettis County jail pending formal charges of Synthetic narcotics (Demerol-Methado.

Warrant check on East 4th results in arrest for a Sedalia man

Just before 1am Wednesday morning Sedalia Police were dispatched to a residence in the 1100 block of East 4th on a suspect with an active warrant. Upon arrival officers made contact with the suspect identified as 51-year-old Deno Deon McCrackin of the residence. Following confirmation of the warrant McCracken was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail pending a $5000 bond.

Man arrested for urinating in public early Tuesday morning

At 11:14 Tuesday night Sedalia Police responded to the area of 16th and Ohio on a report of a man urinating in an alley. The suspect was also reportedly attempting to fight patrons of the business. Arrested at the scene was 36-year-old Jeremiah C. Coleman of Sedalia. At the time of the police report he was in the Pettis County Jail pending a $533.50 bond on a charge of urinating in public.

Vehicle stop early Tuesday morning results in arrest for a Sedalia man

Around 1am Tuesday morning Sedalia Police stopped a vehicle in the 4100 block of West Main with a defective tail light. A subsequent check on the driver 33-year-old Tim B Dieker of Sedalia found he had an active Pettis County Warrant . Dieker was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail pending a $491.50 cash only bond.

Sedalia woman reported her husband’s GMC 1500 Pickup Truck was stolen

At 9:33 Wednesday morning the Sedalia Police received a call from a woman in the 300 block of East 26th to report her husband’s GMC 1500 Pickup Truck had been stolen. The woman said the pickup had a loud muffler, and rust on the bed. There were no suspects at the time of the police report.

Burglary that occurred in the 500 block of West 4th reported Tuesday evening

The Sedalia Police received a report of a burglary at 6:28 Tuesday evening. According to the victim sometime after the 17th of December someone entered their residence in the 500 block of West 4th and stole some unspecified items from the home there was no information on possible suspects in the case,
