Police reports for July 20, 2016

Sedalia Police arrested Misty D. Flores, 36, Sedalia, on Wednesday at 1:17 a.m. for Driving While Suspended or Revoked after a traffic stop at 26th and Washington. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

Timothy Lee Davis, 39, homeless, was arrested for trespassing and stealing on Tuesday. Davis was accused of stealing vegetables and vehicle parts. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

Benjamin Wyatt Young, 39, Sedalia, was arrested Wednesday for Possession of Marijuana after a traffic stop for having no brake lights. He was issued a summons and a court date of Aug. 17, and later released.

Zachary Joe Fox, 21, homeless, was arrested for 1st degree trespassing after he refused to leave the complainant's backyard on Tuesday evening. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

Charity Lynn Henson, 34, Sedalia, was arrested on a Pettis County warrant after Sedalia Police reposnded to a 911 call in the 1400 block of S. Grand. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $200 cash bond.

Kevin Dean Gaither, 22, Sedalia, was arrested for peace disturbance late Monday night in the 700 block of E. 4th. He allegedly left a voice mail, threatening to beat up the complainant. The two later engaged in an argument.

Police took a report of stolen stereo equipment from a car that was parked at W-K Collision Center, 211 Thompson Road, on Tuesday. Taken were two 12-inch Kicker Comp speakers, a 1600-watt amp and a Kenwood head unit, collectively valued at $500. The manager is attempting to retrieve surveillance video of the incident, the report said.

On Tuesday, police took a report of a stolen bike from a back porch in the 1300 block of South Lamine. Taken was a black and gray Hyper Havoc, valued at $150.

Kohl's, 4300 Wisconsin, reported the theft of several items by two females who ran out of the store without paying around 6:19 p.m. on Tuesday. A vehicle was waiting for them when they exited the business and sped away.

On Tuesday night, a military ID (Army National Guard) was found near Anytime Fitness, 110 W. 3rd, which turned out to belong to an employee of the business.

Also on Tuesday, a brown Coach wallet was turned in to police. The wallet was found in the 1000 block of Madison.
