On Wednesday night, Sean Sebastion Burke, 44, Sedalia, was arrested by Sedalia Police after officers responded to a burglary call in the 400 block of W. Sixth. Subjects at the scene said an intoxicated person forced his way into the residence. No criminal charges were requested by the tenant, but Burke was placed into 12-hour protective custody and transported to the Pettis County Jail. He was issued a trespass warning.

Christopher Lee Erfurth, 32, was arrested for Driving While Suspended or Revoked after police spotted him eastbound at 16th and Ohio. A subsequent traffic stop revealed he was revoked. Erfurth was transported to the Pettis County Jail.

Three people were arrested during Municipal Court proceedings on Wednesday. Brian Lee Arnold, 31, Arthur Edwards Doyle, 19, and Bailey Austeen Adams, 19, were taken into custody. Arnold was transported to the Pettis County Jail with a $200 bond, cash or surety with a court date to be announced. Doyle's bond was $100 cash only with a court date of June 22. Adams' bond was set at $70 cash only with a court date of July 14.

Kyle Nicholas Richards, 31, was arrested on two Failure to Appear warrants and transported to the Pettis County Jail Wednesday.

Angela F. McKernon, 31, was arrested Wednesday on a Failure to Appear warrant and transported to the Pettis County Jail with a $150 cash only bond.

Charlotte E. Vinson, 34, was arrested Wednesday for allegedly assaulting jer neighbor. She was issued a Municipal Summons.

Dylan W. Landon, 28, was arrested Wednesday morning on two Failure to Appear warrants out of Pettis County in the 2700 block of South Massachusetts. Total bond was set at $300 cash only.

Troy Thomas Hufford, 49, was arrested on 1st Degree Property Damage after two windows were broken in the 800 block of W. Third Street Wednesday night. The reporting party allegedly witnessed Hufford covered in blood at the scene. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail.

On Wednesday, a subject reported someone stole 40 morphine and 80 hydrocodone pills from his car sometime on May 25.
