Sedalia Police arrested Misty Rhea Logan, 41, Sedalia, for 4th Degree Domestic Assault and Resisting Arrest after the SPD responded to a disturbance in the 300 block of E. Clay around 7 p.m. Saturday. According to a report, the suspect punched the victim in the face after an argument. Logan then resisted arrest. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold. The report added that Logan had injuries to her face, but refused medical treatment.


 

ON Saturday around 9 a.m. Sedalia Police arrested William L. Taylor, 26, Sedalia, for 3rd Degree Domestic Assault and Resisting Arrest after officers responded to Welch Court on an assault call on Engineer south of Broadway. According to a report, the suspect was located and taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold, pending the filing of charges.


 

Sedalia Police arrested Steven Sei, 22, Sedalia, on a Saline County warrant at 17th and Harrison Saturday after 3 p.m. He was one of two people who fled on foot during a subject check. His bond was $395.50. Sei now has a Dec. 28 court date in Saline County Circuit Court.


 

Four people were arrested after Sedalia Police responded to a motor vehicle accident at Broadway and Limit Dec. 5. According to a report, the officer noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from one of the vehicles. Those who were issued a Municipal summons for Possession of Marijuana included Trey Goodson, 18; Kaitlyn Puentes, 18; Reed L. Nelson, 17, all of Sedalia; and Annabell Serious, 23, of Smithton. They all have a court date of Jan. 17.


 

Broden Erik Riley, 24, Sedalia, was arrested for DWI after Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop on a green Chevy car after it committed several moving violations near Broadway and Ohio. The stop took place at Broadway and South Thompson Avenue at 12:15 a.m. Saturday. According to a report, the driver was found to be intoxicated. Riley was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released. He now has a Jan. 17 court date.


 

Sedalia Police arrested Victoriano F. Sebastian, 25, Sedalia, at Wal-Mart, 3201 W. Broadway, on Friday evening for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. According to a report, an intoxicated driver attempted to park his car in one of Wal-Mart's shopping cart corrals on the parking lot. Sebastian was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold, pending the filing of state charges.


 

Madelyne V. Ash, 20, Sedalia, was arrested for Driving While Suspended after police conducted a traffic stop at 2:57 a.m. Saturday at Broadway and State Fair Blvd. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where she was released without bond. Ash now has a Jan. 3 court date.


 

Audrey Elizabeth Wright, 28, was arrested on a Municipal warrant (traffic) after a car stop at 9th and Harrison Friday night on a red Chevy bearing plates that checked to a Ford. Wright was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $100 cash bond. She now has a Dec. 13 court date.


 

Ahmad Jamal Dupree, 25, Sedalia, was arrested for Driving While Revoked after a traffic stop at 10th and Ingram Friday night for speeding and no turn signal.  Dupree was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold, pending the filing of formal charges.
