Weatherspoon said he saw a motorcycle driven by Kyle Palacek approach 50 on Montgomery and rolled through the stop sign and pulled out in front of him. Weatherspoon had to maneuver lanes to avoid Palecek, but the motorcycle was still struck. Palacek said that he was Southbound on Montgomery and the outside lane was clear and he went there, when Weatherspoon changed lanes and they collided. A witness also saw the accident. Weatherspoon had damage on the entire passenger side, while Palacek’s motorcycle had damage all over, with only minor injuries to Palacek.
