Sedalia Police Investigate Several Thefts

Son Equity at 311 East 5th reported to Sedalia Police that someone broke a window to a truck and stole a Garmin GPS valued at $200 between 6 p.m. on April 5 and on 7:30 a.m. on April 8.

A man in the 600 Block of East 5th reported to Sedalia Police that someone broke in and stole $100 in electrical wiring and damaged a window valued at $30 sometime between Mar. 8 and April 8.

A man reported to Sedalia Police that the owner of a storage facility in the 800 Block of Mitchell Road took his business property out of a storage unit where much of it was damaged and stolen on Mar. 28.

Last night (April 8), Walmart reported to Sedalia Police that a suspect left the store without paying for the item that he had.

Sedalia Police Make An Arrest

Sedalia Police arrested William Warren for a probation violation on unlawful use of a weapon charge, bond was set at $2,000 cash and $2,500 surety.
