Sedalia Police arrest two suspects on drug related charges Tuesday

According to a Sedalia Police Department Press Release, at 6:31 Tuesday morning the 8th of December Sedalia police served a drug related search warrant at 1728 West 10th. Upon entry four adults were detained. A search of the residence produced 138 grams of marijuana, scales, drug packaging material, ecstasy, and drug related communication. The press release states two of the subjects were released at the scene. Arrested in the operation was 33-year-old Anthony Buck Johnson of Sedalia. At the time of the press release Johnson was on 24-hour at the Pettis County Jail pending multiple drug related charges. Also arrested was 47-year-old Harold Williams of Sedalia. Williams was treansported to the Pettis County Jail pending formal charges of possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Theft from a vehicle in the 1100 block of West 11th reported Tuesday morning

Just before noon on Tuesday a female victim reported her wallet was stolen from her unlocked vehicle while it was parked in the 1100 block of West 11th. The wallet contained her driver’s license, credit card, and bank information according to the victim. There have been transactions totaling $150 on the card according to the victim. There were no suspects at news time.
