Sedalia STING Unit Conducts Meth Bust at American Inn on South Limit
At 8:21 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30 the Sedalia Police STING Unit and other officers served a search warrant at Room 125 at the American Inn located at 1217 South Limit. Upon arrival, officers found two subjects in the room and secured them. During a search, officers located methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and drug packaging supplies.
While on the scene, officers learned that a subject was on the way to deliver more methamphetamine and stayed in the area until the subject arrived. The subject was reportedly taken into custody for an illegal weapon. A subsequent search of the man’s vehicle revealed a large amount of methamphetamine, paraphernalia and drug packaging supplies. The press release stated that $1469 in cash was also seized.
Two of the suspects, 29-year-old Brandon W. Hall and 26-year-old Tiffany L. Howe, were arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail pending state charges. The third subject was released due to cooperation according to the press release.
